Core technology

ANTI-CORROSION, EX-PROOF TECHNOLOGY

4800days, we conducted continuous test to the condenser. We summarized and analyzed various corrosion phenomena in the test and improved the design, processing and specifications, which greatly improved the reliability of the condenser.

For the electrical part, IIB/IIC class ex-proof design is adopted, with ATEX certification.

Anti-epidemic purification technology

The "epidemic prevention and purification AC" was developed and passed the third party test of the corona virus killing test, with a killing rate of 99.99%.

VIBRATION & NOISE REDUCTION TECHNOLOGY

Applications of low noise equipment and silencers, such as chiller, AHU, fan, air terminals, etc.;

System design: reduce the flow rate of the air system, water system, noise reduction design of the air duct, etc.

Through noise control (prediction) calculation, reasonable allocation of silencer, etc.;

ACCURATE TEMP. CONTROL FRESH KEEPING TECHNOLOGY

The company invested in the construction of ice temp. fresh-keeping room, conducted fresh-keeping tests and found product improvement points through continuously recorded test data, fully verified the fresh-keeping effect of the equipment, and the fresh-keeping time of fruits and vegetables can reach 80 days on board.

Product Design Platforms

Design Ability
Rely on the PLM platform, to implement the design concept of full life cycle, build a product design platform assisted by CNC processing equipment for computer design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Solid works, Cero (Pro/E), Ansys, Phoenix, etc., and carry out a series of R&D in HVAC&R integration design, structural design, vibration reduction, noise reduction, flow field simulation, etc.
